Don't waste your money
This place is really poor and on so many levels. Maybe we got unlucky but it was absolutely heaving with people, the few tables (only in the restaurant area) that were available were uncleared and the floor was covered in dropped food. The hot (luke warm) food was awful and at minimum levels and the coffee (once the ONLY machine was refilled) was rank. And as many others have pointed out, the staff are rude and have no interest in offering any assistance or service, to the point some of them were wearing earbuds and having a conversation with, I'm assuming their friends or family. The place really was like coming out of a busy pub on to the street after closing, carnage. And we paid £60 each for the pleasure. Never again!

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service, not one employee was courteous or even acknowledged you on arrival or at the bar service. Glasses of wine are poured to the minimum and pushed across the bar without even any eye contact. You are treated like your putting them out for asking for anything. I’d question the hiring process employed by this company or the airport as to the suitability of candidates agreeing to work in a service industry because not one of them have any idea what a basic level of service is!!!
I was travelling alone and needed to have a meeting hence booked the lounge. I will never use this lounge at Heathrow again.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money, food is limited to say the least and cold! Very little option. No glasses out and cutlery dirty. We generally use another lounge but it was shut so all those that were booked there has to go to the no1 lounge I can’t stress how this place is not worth the money it charges!! Would never visit again

Terrible
Terrible. Dirty tables, carpets and glasses. For the first time I experience lack of plates and forks. But there is a booking system, so you might know the number of people. So disappointed with the service, could be a good place, but badly managed.

I read somewhere this company has been taken over, which would normally lead to improvements, or closure.
Neither seems to have happened, certainly the service is non existent now, and nobody who is public facing cares one bit about their job.
I am now stuck in groundhog day with Katie Andrews from "Guest Relations" . Come on Katie, you can do it!!
This is the standard airport/ airline customer service these days. There once was a day when a flight was something to enjoy, now its 100% pot luck.

No 1 Lounge Customer Service
Like other reviews i too have been trying to contact No1 lounges via the phone and email and even phoned Gatwick airport to help! I have emailed 3 times since the beginning of July as want to change terminals in the beginning of September (only 2 weeks to go !!) and have had absolutely no response except the automatic one. Not sure whats happened to this company but they certainly are not as quick in responding as they used to be. I cant understand why you cant talk to someone on the phone like you used to be able to. The customer service is shocking and non existent now and needs looking into. These companies cant keep hiding behind covid. All this just causes people extra stress before their holidays and is unnecessary.

They changed original booking from one…
They changed original booking from one lounge to another. Now my flight has changed I have emailed them to amend, I have tried to ring them and also tried to go onto my booking but no luck in any of them. Decided I would rather hang around the airport than use either lounges at Heathrow terminal 5, if this is the type of services they provide.

We have been a client for few years and…
We have been a client for few years and have experience diferente spaces around the world but we were truly shocked by the experience provided to us at this time.

1st there was non a single table without big quantity of dirty plates, glasses, left over food and cups around the whole room, the 1 or 2 staff that was available was busy behind the bar (where there was very limited selection of drinks as most of the drinks run out), the food if was any left was cold or very messy displayed on the buffets, the bad smell of the room and other things mentioned made us leave only 30min after our arrival.

Never again…
Second time in no1 lounge both experiences really bad and never again... First time... No seats due to over booking.. Dirty tables.. Little food choice.. And given a drink out of an opened partly filled bottle... Gave comments... Today our last visit.. Had to ask twice to have table cleaned.. Food ran out.. Utensiles ran out had to ask for both.. Staff miserable an unpolite... Had to que for drinks from over worked understaffed bar.. If yo didnt want curry or chilli you had no choice.. We paid for a young person who liked neither so paid for lounge for him for i glass of coke and two mini muffins... Total rubish never to experience again.... Don.

Abysmal service in No1 Lounge Gatwick
Sitting in No1 Lounge at North Terminal. Rubbish and not value for money. Floors and tables are filthy. Run out of white wine other than Chardonnay. Food offering is disgraceful. Very few staff working. Get your act together No 1 Lounges. Happy to take the money but don't back up with any service delivery. Avoid. Cannot blame Covid any longer and need to get back to the former service. £34 for this is unacceptable. Out of the UK No 1 Lounges are generally good but this is abysmal.

I’ve had two bookings since Covid GET BACK TO ME ON REBOOKING
I’ve had two bookings since Covid started and could not fly.. #1 has given me a credit however now we are ready to fly again and I am so sick and tired of the get back to you email… I want to use my credit that #1 has honoured … No one gets back to me…. I hope that this lifts some tails

Absolute con!
What a con, booked a two hour visit through Perks for works and was told I could only enter 2 hours before my flight time, which meant that you only get one hour in the lounge! After being shamed by the surly lady at reception for, "It's your fault for choosing the cheaper option" I had no option but to pay a further £10, effectively 'upgrading' to 3 hours (again can only have 2 hours). Please re-open the Club lounges and re-review the timings! Will not be using again.

Whoever is in charge of this lounge has to travel to some other airports and understand what a lounge should be! Limited choice, awful food, dirty, poor service and an utterly miserable experience. An embarrassment of a lounge and to the UK. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Well my experience was pretty good
Well my experience was pretty good. Didn't actually use a lounge, but I had credit from before lockdown. i tried to use it at Manchester airport, but he lounge wasn't open, but was informed in plenty of time. On my return home I emailed for a refund, which I received in my account the next day!
